Before you send your first campaign.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. You connect a number you control, and we run it through Meta's
official Business API. Your customers see your business name, not ours.
What happens if someone replies STOP?
They are removed from your sendable list immediately and permanently,
across every future campaign. Opt-outs are recorded against the contact
so the exclusion survives re-imports.
Is this compliant with WhatsApp's rules?
Sending runs through the official Business API with consent recorded per
contact, which is what keeps a number in good standing. We do not
support unsolicited bulk sending, and accounts that attempt it are
suspended.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses send their first campaign the same day. Connecting the
number and importing a list typically takes under an hour; approval from
Meta on a new number can take longer.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, both, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades
apply at the end of the current billing period.
