What are the Meta message charges?
Meta charges per conversation for WhatsApp Business messages, and those
fees are billed to you directly at cost — we do not add a markup.
Your MB2S Connect subscription covers the software, not the messaging.
Is the founder's price really locked in?
Yes. Whatever rate you sign up at stays your rate for as long as your
subscription remains active. When we leave beta, new customers pay more;
yours does not change.
Can I change plan later?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your
current billing period, and unused time is not refunded.
What is your refund policy?
If MB2S Connect does not work for your business, write to us within 14
days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
How do I pay?
Card, UPI and net banking through Razorpay. You get a GST invoice by
email the moment payment clears.
